    Plain Weave


    Plain weave is made by crossing the warp and weft yarns with each other. Well-regulated and highly durable textile fabrics can be created as there are many points where the threads cross each other (structure points). It is also resistant to friction.


    Since the warp and weft yarns appear on the front and rear surfaces of the textile uniformly, it is sometimes difficult to make a distinction between the front side and the rear side compared to other structures.


    Mesh


    SHARE precision polyester filter mesh has smooth surface, great dimensional stability and strength than other material options, and tighter tolerance. It has different but precise open area ranging from 10% to 92%, mesh opening from 5um to 4400um, and thicknesses from 40um to 1170um. These allow for the different sized polyester filter meshes to be used in different situations and for different purposes, such as home appliance, liquid filtration, dust collection or separation, dry and wet filter bags, sifting, milling, automotive, medical, food, pharmaceutical, molded filters and many more.

    SHARE Shapping Capabilities


    1. Laser Cutting

    Laser cutting produces highly precise fabric parts with a heat-sealed edge. Share uses different laser cutting systems to meet customers various requirements including semi-automated vision systems and fully automated with AI programming.

    2. Heat Slitting
    Heated knives are used to create fabric strips/ribbons for much many applications such as injection molding, and hot-cut mesh edges are melted to enhance durability. Optical measuring systems measure ribbon width with tight tolerances.

    3. Ultrasonic Slitting
    Ultrasonic slitting are often used to produce fabric strips with closed edge, minimal material build-up. Ultrasonic cutting is ideal for precise and clean edge quality, and measurements are conducted using optical systems too.

    4. Ultrasonic Stamping
    Often used for highly precise fabric parts.

    Ultrasonic stamping ensures tight geometric tolerances. The edges are non-fraying. One tool is used for punching and can be used for larger quantities. Optical measuring systems measure dimensions and tolerances.


    5. Tubes and Tube Cuts
    Different processes are used for tube production.

    Ultrasonically welded overlap seams are used for functional seams, while hot cutting technology economically produces transport seams.


    6. Ultrasonic Welding
    Ultrasonic welding has accurate, clean welds without introducing secondary materials. SHARE produces precision cylinder filters by ultrasonic welded tubes.

    7. Pleating
    We increase the filter surface through pleating. Fabrics are firstly welded then pleated together, and cut to size of pleats.

    8. Injection Molding
    Share molded filters provide high flow rates and low pressure drops by maximal open area.
    SHARE convert our fabrics to various plastic molded filters by technologies of plastic insert molding and overmolding.


    Packaging & Shipping


    For mesh rolls:


    1. Rolled on the paper core, 30-70m/roll, packed into PE bags, the product label is attached on the edge of each roll
    2. 2-8 rolls per standard export carton
    3. Put into PP woven bag to prevent damage during transportation
    4. Package belt strengthen

    For fabricated & molded filters:


    1. Packed into sealed PE bags, 10pcs to 500pcs/bag according to the actual size, double bagged and the product label is attached in the inner bag

    We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.
