filter mesh in different materials including nylon mesh, polyester mesh, pp mesh, metallic mesh, and we can also convert these filter meshes to filter mesh ribbons, filter mesh tubes, filter bags and mesh insert plastic molded filters to meet customs' filtration demands.
Filter Mesh Weaving
The width of filter mesh rolls can be in 100cm, 127cm, 150cm,
165cm, 175cm, 183cm, 365cm or other custom width. Length of roll can be 30m, 50m, 70m, or other custom length.
Filter Mesh Slitted in Narrow Ribbons
Share Filters ribbons are used in a multitude of applications such
as automotive filters, appliances filters, industrial filters, electronic devices, diagnostic test strips, perfusion and
transfusion filters in healthcare. Share Filters ultrasonic and heat slitting is also used for manufacturing fabric strips and
produces a closed edge with very little material build up at the edges.
Cutting Filter Mesh Discs and Shapes.
Share Filters cutting method include Laser cutting, Cold cutting,
Heating cutting, Ultrasonic cutting, Punching. Professional cutting
using our custom-made tools that will not damage the meshes. Laser
cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to
the customer’s design needs.
Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welded tubes have one overlapping weld, the material
passes over an anvil that emits a high frequency to bond the
material together into a tube. Dual-layer slit tubes have two edges
on the side of the tube. These edges or wings allow for the tube to
be placed into a molding device and can be held on both sides of
it. The individual cutting of the tubes results in the so-called
Tubes Cuts, which are also available in conical form.

Mesh Insert Injection Moulded Plastic Filters
Our injection moulded filters products consist of a filter mesh
held in a polymer plastic frame. Injection moulding will drop hot polymer plastic in a custom made
mould with a synthetic or metallic mesh inside. Once cooled and
solid, it can produce a very robust and reliable part or product
that can be used for filters or screens.
