The bakery proofer cup is designed for proofing or measuring dough during the fermentation process. It is used to accurately measure the volume of dough and monitor its rise. Normally the shape of proofer cup is in round or retangle according the proofing machines.

In Share Filters, the rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polypropylene (PP), which complies to FDA and EU regulations, and the cup is inserted with a high quality nylon mesh or polyethylene mesh, the selected the mesh of our cups with great care to guarantee the best moisture, air and heat permeability. Slitting is also used for manufacturing mesh strips and produces a closed edge with very little material build up at the edge.	Our cutting method include Laser cutting, Cold cutting, Heatt cutting, punching. Professional cutting using custom made tools that will not damage the materials.

Sonic cutting and welding are accurate, clean. Precision sleeves and bags for blood filtration, rosin bag for rosin press are examples of applications that benefit from this technology.	Share Filters sewing products are carried out by highly skilled and experienced machinists, which ensure you get the right level of consistent quality.
